Our GRG products are made of 100% natural ingredients. The panels are also dust-free and biodegradable.
Non-flammable
GRG products are non-flammable. Tested to British Standards BS 476 Part 4: 1970
Waterproof
Gypsum for the production of GRG is resistant to moisture thanks to the addition of silicon during the production process (Hydrophobing – the joining process). Technology It has successfully passed the test of the requirements resulting from the BS 1230 Part 1:1985 water absorption test.
Acoustic and thermal insulation
Tested to ASTM C518: 1991. The result showed excellent thermal conductivity of 0.0918 W/m st K, resulting in improved cooling and heating. The product also maintains very low flows with respect to temperature changes with a thermal expansion coefficient of 6.2×10 -6 (tested according to ASTM E831: 1993).
Durable
GRG structures are made of high-class “Alpha” gypsum materials, which are characterized by low water demand. Their structures have a density of 1650 kg/m3, which gives them high strength and durability. The test results show a compressive strength of 23.7 N/mm2; bending strength 30.9Mpa and impact resistance 45.4K J/m2.
